To amend your booking (including a change of date), email us. There is a fee of $50 USD plus any change in the quote (such as accommodation) and any cancellation charges that apply.

Complete the booking form and pay a 30{1e5e28ddcef51f0a682c6b509581178c8e1577cad2eee410a377c2c8acba564e} deposit. Your booking is accepted once we confirm in writing.
- Step 3Balance 60 days before
The final payment is due 60 days before departure. Booking within 60 days? Full payment confirms it.
- Step 4Travel
We send your travel documents, and your guide meets you on arrival.

Changes & cancellations
Cancelling
Cancel in writing by email. Charges apply from the date we receive it:
- More than 60 days before departure — loss of deposit
- Between 60 and 45 days before — 75{256ceb1bb97a326c9312cdbef2645f4e43cd616718948b3dc672ea1c46e5fa7d} of the fare
- Less than 45 days before — 100{256ceb1bb97a326c9312cdbef2645f4e43cd616718948b3dc672ea1c46e5fa7d} of the fare

We strongly recommend travel insurance from the time you pay your deposit.
